Nice size rooms. Location excellent. Meals good. Difficult to navigate stairs. Meals too expensive. Parking too expensive. Breakfast and parking should be free to residents. For this reason, I wont go back.

Room was dirty and thick dust everywhere curtains hanging off. Bedding was dirty and stained .toilet seat hanging off shower didn’t work and bathroom smelt of mould. Also unexpected fees on arrival. Stayed 3nights and was charged £75 to park car and for the dog.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very dated snd smelled really badly, the decor looks as though it has not changed since the 90's. The room was musty and dirty and thd towels were stained. Beds were comfortable. I would not stay there again.

The hotel rooms are dirty. The first room I was given needed to be hoovered and the toilet cleaned complained and after 4 hours of waiting complained again. I was offered a second room this looked okay so I transferred to the second room. The second room had a sofa bed in so I turned it back into a sofa. When I did that I found a lot more dirt there was a chicken bone, bits of pizza and several other things under the sofa
