“The room is very clean, has everything you need within it (an iron and ironing board), and nice Penhaligons products with comfortable bed! The hotel is massive, and a bit of a maze. When we arrived, the reception give you a map, the map has different name of room and numbers to what is on the wall, so was a little confusing but the woman on reception was happy to walk with and help guide us the right way. We only stayed for the 1 night, did not use any facilities so cannot comment on anything...

“Excellent stay. Very helpful staff on check in and at the bar. The food in the restaurant was very nice (but a bit expensive for what you get). Lovely pool, sauna and steam room. The gym is a great amenity.”

“Aunque tuve al llegar molestias dado a que llamé para avisar que llegaba tarde de mi check in, cuando llegue mi habitación estaba sin hacer así que me acomodaron en otra y desde ahí súper bien. En acomodación he bajado mi puntuación dado a que el clima estuvo fuerte(calor) y no había aire acondicionado y la habitación estaba ardiendo de calor. Después de eso en el hotel todo maravilloso, la atención de excelente tanto de recepción y las chicas de limpieza que me ayudaron y me proporcionaron dos...

“A wonderful hotel with serene green spaces in a royal atmosphere. I had to work overnight and the gentleman at night desk went above and beyond to help me with an additional TV screen and a place to work at. Simply unbelievably helpful and way beyond my expectations. My wife and kid had a great time in the gardens. I highly recommend this place if you´re out to get some relaxation.”
