“I didn't like that the rooms were not that clean. I stayed there 9 nights and only once was my bed sheets changed. I was out of towels, toilet paper, and trash bags for the trash cans. Had to go to the office twice to get trash bags. Had to take out my own trash and clean my room. I'm actually going back to work in that area soon and I am definitely getting a different hotel with better prices and better service. You would think as much as they charge you to stay, there would be better service.”

Fire alarm went off three times within a couple of hours. Husband had to take stairs as they couldn’t get the elevator to work after the second fire alarm. As a retired firefighter, he wanted to see what was going on. He said the stairwell was full of doors which was probably why they didn’t want to call fire dept...

I awoke at approximately 2:50 A.M to someone shooting an assault rifle within 30 feet of my room by means of estimating the fact my ears were ringing by the 16th shot that I heard. Further more I contacted the staff and they seemed to play it off as if it happened else where ummm noooooo!!!! It was literally 30 or so feet if not closer. And when you wake to that you can't assume anything is safe or that the building wasn't getting...
