Would not classify this hotel as a 5 star luxury hotel. Its overpriced, hotel finishes are cheap. Front desk staff were good. Bar staff were no where to be found a couple nights, we had to ask front desk to find them. Breakfast was only "okay" not outstanding.

Great location in the heart of Barcelona. Very close to all the attractions for walking. Staff was amazing from start to finish thru all departments. They wanted to serve you and make it the best experience as their guest.
