“Super overnight stay, our hostess was extremely welcoming and friendly. The property is situated in the countryside very quiet how we like it. There are a few pubs five to ten minutes away that serve excellent food. ”

“Being less than 10 mins walk from the train station, Martha’s b&b was perfect for what I needed. The house is set in a quiet road, near to eating places and less than 15 mins walk to the shops. The bed was very comfy, breakfast plentiful, and parking easy. Martha herself is kind, understanding and generous - allowing me to keep my suitcase in the house for the day whilst I explored nearby Warwick. Would definitely stay here again if I found myself back in Leamington Spa. Top tip: if you go...
