Vacations Close To Bettye Wilson Complex

Great stay and the room was very clean and the staff was amazing..

Lots of shops and places to eat. Nice view of Vegas.

10pm and no room was available to us. Tried pushing queen beds, an accessible room, and a different hotel on us or… we could wait for up to 3 hours for a room to be cleaned. At 10pm!? 15 minutes of arguing and finally getting the front desk to call housekeeping to find out it’d be another few minutes before our room was clean. We all know they had rooms with a king bed available, just not on the lower hotels.com level or as an upgrade. Not surprised our $70 drinks were never delivered to us poolside with our food and after 30 minutes of waiting we had to beg the bartender for them as he never got a ticket. Tried the Venetian for breakfast our final day and had runny eggs and French toast drenched in syrup. Who does that? Clearly not a customer service oriented establishment as it felt like we were dealing with a bad AI agent the whole time.

Rooms are a bit old, kitchen vent could've been better, as well as pool hours. Valet person on the day of our check out was having a moment of a power trip, he was being rude about not being able to give us a few mins to get more of our luggages from the room, on top of that, they were having issues with the checkout method that day, i had to line up and it took time. That guy ruined it for me and my family.
