“After checking in, waited over 20 minutes for a luggage cart to arrive. I personally checked 5 of the 6 floors for a luggage card with none found. I understand, unfortunately, that there are people who would just keep a cart in their room and the hotel needs to understand this too. For a hotel this size to only have three carts in total, my patience trying experience after a long day of travel, undoubtedly has been experience by others. Yet, three carts!”

“Bad smell in hallways , garbage overflowing from dumpster Coffee machine not working at breakfast no other option to get one ran out of most items , toaster only roasting on one side. Ice machine dirty black specs in ice (likely mold)”

“If you need a clean basic room with a bed and bathroom, it is fine. No coffee maker and only one chair with a table. The restaurant was not open in the morning the day we were there. But for us it was good, we had our small dog with us and it was a perfect location for our needs. It was also affordable in a time when it is hard to find that. The bathroom was newly renovated and very clean.”
