Such a great spacious room, but a let down on the cleanliness - surfaces unclean, had to go over various stains and smudges daily with a wet wipe :/ Maybe a result of the size of the room? Prehaps, but I think cleaners could pay more attention to detail in that regards. But as I said, 5/5 for the room layout :)

夜間無人のため遅い到着時は注意

私の不注意で予約後にホテルからの小さなメッセージを見逃していましたので、夜間22時過ぎにチェックインした際はインターホンで30分以上やり取りして少し大変でした。夜間は無人なんですね。事前に夜間到着を伝えて鍵の受け取り場所等を確認する必要があります。部屋は快適というしかありません。広いリビングとベッドルームも別部屋、十分すぎるほどでした。レジデンスの部屋がホテルになっているようでカードキーでフロントに顔を合わせず出入りできます。入口やエレベーターでマンションの住民とも一緒になります。大きな団地の一角のようでスーパーも近くにある静かな環境で治安は悪くありません。駅までは５分ほど。駅の近くには個性的？なナイトクラブもありますので徒歩圏内、興味がある方は最高かもしれません。

Favourite hotel in Berlin

The stay was fantastic as always! The room was lovely and spacious, clean and very comfortable. I cannot fault this hotel and its staff, who are very helpful and always friendly.

recommendable for family

Wonderful location to the town center (good connection with the buses) and quiet environment (close to the park for walking & many shops for food etc.) The kitchen equipment and utensils must definitely be improved.

The fact that there is no air conditioner is a big problem mostly from June to October since it can get very very hot and unpleasant, other than that money for value its a good hotel, nice area, have supermarket close by and the staff is very nice and helpful

There's a kettle and some sugar sachets so i foolishly assume i can make coffee in the morning like any othrr hotel . Wrong. There's no coffee. When challenged they say they are an aparthotel and guests should buy their own. Not much use first thing in the morning with no clothes on . Ok, so if guests are expected to cook for themselves, why was there only one knife, one spoon and no forks. All for the price of a real hotel.

Dejligt og roligt

Vi var to veninder som tilbragte tre nætter på nh Kreuzberg. Vi havde i reservationen bedt om to enkelte senge, men da dette viste sig ikke var muligt på hotellet,havde man sat en udmærket gæsteseng op i stuen og var dermed blevet opgraderet til at få en suite, uden ekstra beregning. Det var en meget fin gestus. Hotellet ligger trukket lidt tilbage fra vejen ,så der er meget roligt uden trafikstøj. Værelset/suiten var med en fin lille køkkenafdeling, som var velfungerende. Hotellet er pænt og rent. Receptionisterne søde og imødekommende. Vi vender gerne tilbage.

Is it a real NH hotel?

Positive are the people at the reception. Negative is the location ( almost hidden, signs are not ckear at all) and even the Parking place is difficult to find (if you arrive by car, good luck)!.Broken pieces of the Bath/Shower tap-mixer just placed on the edge of the bath tub ..Price is very expensive for such standard. Lowest NH standard I have experienced , so far.

Küche und grosse räumlichkeit waren sehr positiv. Ich hätte aber bischen mehr Geschier( Pfanne, Schüssel usw. mir gefehlt). Parkmöglichkeit wunderbar, Öffentlicher Parkhaus direkt Unter dem Hotel. Pro Tag 12 €, und das kan man in Hotel Bezahlen, und mit Karte kann man über tag raus und wieder rein. in der ganz nähe 2 Süpermarkt(Aldi-Edeka)

Nice hotel

Very nice hotel, located in Kreuzberg not far from the city centre (mitte) Had one of the apartments, which were very spacious. Nice bathroom with bathtub, comfortable bed and a small kitchen area with fridge and cooking possibilities. There was no frying pan, so we had to borrow one from our friends in another appartment, but this was not really a big deal. The reception is closed at night so you probably should contact them beforehand if you need to check in after 22.30. The wifi seemed to be quite stable. I highly recommend this hotel!
