It has a very good location in Berlin very close to U-Bahn stations and from walking distance from multiple stores and supermarkets. We used the parking which was very convinient. Overall we enjoy our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Location of the hotel is fantastic - foot distance to some attractions, others easily accessible with public transport. Breakfast - marvelous, large and good quality selection. Room was good but some improvements possible - eg some of bathroom amenities require maintenance. A nice surprise was some add on’s for kids, like painting blocks, pencils, some little to-dos with a sweet gift at the end. All together highly recommendable for a family stay in Berlin

The hotel is in a good location for visiting many tourist locations as well as shopping. Many places are within walking distance and if you want to go somewhere a bit farther, the hotel is close to a U-Bahn station. The breakfast was one of the best parts of the hotel due to the large selection of options. The room was spacious enough for my husband and I but the air conditioning was weak making sleeping a bit uncomfortable. And, due to the extreme hot temperatures, we were unable to open the windows for a cool breeze at night.

Room was nice, staff were amazing! Breakfast we didn’t use but in the bar we waited almost 30mins only to get drink menus.. I even asked the menus twice, but in the end the waitress was really sorry about the waiting and was so nice and even gave a discount so no hard feelings :)

Very friendly staff! Good area to stay in. Hotel is not new anymore and needs a renovation badly. Signs of hard use many places and windows are not soundproof so your can hear traffic noise even on high floors.
