“Todo excelente, staff muy servicial”

“Overall an excellent hotel, the indoor pool was lovely and the staff gave great service. Breakfast was perfect, everything you could need. Slight cons are the loud music from the event didn’t end until 12.00 and for 40 mins after that there was a lot of loud talking and doors slamming which kept us awake so it’s worth checking if there are events on before booking. Also in busy times the drinks service was super slow. We were told it would be a 30 min wait for cocktails on a Saturday night....

“Es un buen hotel, limpio y tiene una estación 🚉 de Metro Super cerca. El personal es muy servicial y eficiente. Tienen 2 retos por delante: mejorar el desayuno continental y cambiar las llaves de la ducha 🚿, es imposible obtener agua caliente. Yo pude hasta después del tercer día de intentarlo. ”

“The staff were efficient. The Cozy Room, 15 really should be advertised as suitable for a single party because honestly it is tiny. The lighting and the room is very very dim making it extremely difficult to see. The curtain across the bathroom although thick, really doesn't allow sufficient privacy. There were splinters of glass on the leather floor”
