The staff were genuinely warm and helpful which helped promote a positive environment. The decor was stunning and quirky which I can appreciate isn't for everyone but is definitely my thing. There's also free parking which is a bonus and the pool area was scenic.

We said in a snug was very clean it was a little smaller than expected but had everything we needed for 1 night, we had cocktails and snacks at the bar which were very nice and dinner at the Thai restaurant which the food was delicious and the breakfast in the morning was fantastic will definitely stay again.

The staff were efficient. The Cozy Room, 15 really should be advertised as suitable for a single party because honestly it is tiny. The lighting and the room is very very dim making it extremely difficult to see. The curtain across the bathroom although thick, really doesn't allow sufficient privacy. There were splinters of glass on the leather floor

We stayed here 6 years ago and had an amazing stay so we were hoping it was still as good and it was, I actually thought the reception staff were much nicer this time. Rooms are just fabulous and super clean, pool area is so lovely and they do the best dirty martinis :) Honestly this place is one of my favourites !

Room was mostly clean apart from some age related marks in the room. Had a full kitchen although no appliances worked which is fine but a fridge would had been useful. No plug sockets near any mirror so my over half had to straighten her hair over the kitchen sink where there was a Mitton and use the coffee machine plug. Pool wasn't heated so wasn't usable. Paid for full English breakfast but all drinks I.e orange juice or coffee were chargeable. Of the two restaurants only one was open for dinner with a small menu. Overall a very disappointing stay given the price point.

Absolutely loved our stay at the crazy bear. Staff were wonderful. Hotel was fabulous and we went to the Thai restaurant and the food was great. The whole stay was fabulous. Planning our next visit soon. Thank you for a great weekend ☺️

Room was looking tired and wasn’t the cleanest. Lots of small detailed cleaning is required, extra attention to the woodwork & fittings. Thai restaurant wasn’t very good, over cooked chicken starter, old dressing. Main of Pad Thai was very over cooked, meaning the noodles difficult to eat. Bar staff & reception staff were very good and helpful.

The room was beautifully presented and we enjoyed using the pool. Staff were really friendly. Unfortunately the biggest let down for us was the shower in the room. It wouldn’t stabilize kept turning hot then really cold. Couldn’t enjoy it. Other than that a lovely stay.

The Hotel is in an excellent location as Beaconsfield has everything you could need, the Thai restaurant is really nice, the only downside was the room we stayed in was close to the high street and was really noisy when pubs and restaurant's emptied late at night.

The room was very elegant and clean, the bed was very comfortable & pillows perfect. Only downside was no bubble bath and the room was very hot which caused me to wake up at 4am but apart from that I was very happy with the hotel
