Vacations Close To Bellevue City Hall

The windows were so thin that every sound outside especially the traffic from the busy road, could be heard. I got up to check the window to see if it was open. It wasn’t. The facility was ok, but could use some paint and updating.

Love the roof top. Elevator out of order. Waiting time extensive. Communication difficult with one staff member.

We used the umbrellas they loaned us to walk to lunch. Great recommendation by the front desk girl. She was so helpful! The room was simple but clean and quiet. Great location.

The staff was excellent, professional and friendly. The location is excellent. The room was clean and well kept There was only one set of elevators and one of those stopped working, so it was extremely painful trying to navigate the elevators. The stairs were locked behind a door you needed a code to access and it wasn’t clearly marked. So clearly the markings of an older building. There was no business center, so printing boarding information and so forth was nearly impossible. Thank goodness, the staff allows you to print to the front desk computer. The restaurant hours and menu were disappointing.

The staff were amazing and housekeeping kept everything very clean. I was surprised this what I got from a Hilton! Hotel is dated in charming way but with that came small rooms (w/ popcorn ceiling, stuffy smell, no long mirrors) limited amenities, and maintenance issues. Our TV and phone didn’t work, and although we were moved to another room, the TV stopped working again. Valet parking is also about $56/day. Overall, it’s a clean, budget-friendly option with great service. If you’re expecting a more modern Hilton experience, don’t bother.

Great location. Staff was incredibly friendly. A little bit of street noise at night but not enough to keep us up.
