Vacation Packages to Belgium for 2026

The staff were brilliant, really friendly and helpful. The room was basic but very clean. Sadly someone next door was in and out of their room throughout the night which disturbed our sleep.

I would like to mention the front desk agent name Nasim and Visalia the bellman ( I’m not exactly sure of the spelling so sorry) they were both so helpful and really helped me to make sure my stay was a great experience.

Perfect location, friendly staff. Room had dust under the radiator and caulk in the shower had mold. As did the windowsill in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. No view out the Windows and hall way was pitch black until you walked a few feet into it. Slept well. Appreciated the ceiling fan and AC.

Clean and updated room!

The Hotel was ok.... Not bad, not great, just ok. We arrived early and tried to check in, but we could not. No big deal, they took our luggage, we changed and hit the streets. I had major jet lag and needed to take a bath once we came in for the evening. Drew a bath, soaked and relaxed, BUT WAIT... when I drained the tub, it backed up the shower. The grime and smell that came out was horrid. So apparently the tub, shower and sink drains were all connected. So taking a shower, it would flood the floor and back up into the tub. Brushing your teeth backed up into the shower.... Never ending issue and not enough towels to keep the floor dry. This was the worst part of the Hotel stay. All the Staff were really nice, even bringing me a new hair dryer because I couldn't figure out how to use the one in the room, lol. The area is decent, cars, bikes, and motorbikes go VERY FAST on this tiny wide street. There is a convenient store right across the street which was nice to grab snacks and extra drinks. It is a little walk to get anywhere you want. If you have walking issues, this might not be the place for you as far as location. We loved the extra walks to take off a few waffle calories, lol. The area is not sketchy, but there were a few vagrants, just say no or shake your head and they move on. Overall, it was a good stay, just couldn't give 5 stars due to the plumbing.

A great hotel with a very fun theme. Staff was very kind and helpful, and the room quality and amenities were excellent, dryer for clothes could be better. General location is fine, neighborhood wise could be better (not a point against the hotel) but there is a nearby tram to take you to the City Center. Overall a great stay, hope to come by again soon.

This place is crying out for The Hotel Inspector or Gordon Ramsay to storm in and shake the owners out of their stupor. There’s genuine potential here — the kind of charm and setting that could make it special — but it’s completely undermined by a burnt-out, disengaged owner whose negativity sets the tone the moment you walk in. There were no menus, no prices on display, and ultimately no transparency — which meant the final bill arrived as a rather unpleasant surprise. Yes, I know I should’ve asked, but it was an early-days weekend date and interrogating the staff over costs would’ve killed the vibe. The food? Serviceable, but that’s being generous. Two fried eggs (no choice offered), some overcooked bacon, a good spread, and a somewhat forced glass of champagne — €40 per person for that felt like a punchline without the joke. The room was clean and spacious, which was a relief, but felt dated — a CD player and a TV awkwardly clinging to the wall didn’t exactly scream modern hospitality. I came here off the back of glowing reviews and wasn’t expecting luxury, just a little warmth and value. Instead, I left wondering if we’d all stayed at the same place. A huge missed opportunity — the place is resting on fading charm and needs a serious wake-up

I really enjoyed my stay! In walking distance a lot of bars & restaurants, stores for shopping!
