“Overall, we had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed the hot spring every day. A highlight was being allowed to use the hot spring even after checkout — it was a lovely touch to freshen up before heading to the airport.
One small suggestion: when we first entered the room, it wasn't immediately clear how to turn on the lights. We had to use our phone flashlight (so dark) to discover that the key card needed to be inserted into a slot to activate them. A small sign or note near the door would...

“The staffs were very nice and helpful. The normal check in time for this hotel was 6:00 pm. We arrived the hotel at 1:00 pm. The staff asked us to come back at 2:00 pm for a complimentary afternoon tea time. Although foods were simple, but at least we had a place to rest for early arrival flight at 4:00 am. And we got one hour early to check into our room which was small but clean and neat.
We liked the buffet breakfast which was included. We stayed for two nights, and two breakfasts...

“It is a vey nice hotel. The only thing I do not understand is why the last entry for the breakfast is 9:00am. That is very unusual while we can stay inside the restaurant until 10:00am. The 9:00am is a bit early for those who are on vacation especially Taipei is full of night activities. The staff is very polite and helpful. The hot spring available inside the room is nice especially if you love to lie down in the bathtub to enjoy the moment of relaxation.”

“I had a great stay at the Hotel Royal Beitou. The hotel is a short walk from the metro, the property is well maintained, and the staff were all very friendly.
It's an easy walk to Beitou Park, and in the evening I enjoyed relaxing in a comfortable and clean room with my personal soaking tub with hot natural spring water.
I will book again when returning to Beitou!”

“Oltiin 2 viikkoa hotelissa , ilmeisesti suosittelen kaikille sen. Ainoana miinuksena oli siivouksen puolelta : pölynimurointia näyttäisi vähältä, vaikka siistijät muuten hoitivat erinomaisesti .”
