Loved the hot spring tub. We were given an old room. Everything was pretty old. AC doesn’t really work. Couldn’t close the shower door. Headboard is loose. Other than that it’s comfortable and the shower water and hot spring water was hot and with good pressure.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Unfortunately, the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted and the temperature dropped to 19–20°C, which made it very difficult to sleep. Even though there was a blanket, the combination of cold air and noise from the AC made the room quite uncomfortable. I wasn’t able to sleep properly during my stay, which is tough when you're traveling and need rest. On the positive side, the room had a nice marble bathtub with hot spring water, which was a great feature. I think this room would be more suitable for a short stay—maybe just a few hours or one night at most—as it's quite compact. The staff were very friendly, and overall the hotel is good value for the price, but I wouldn't recommend staying for multiple nights unless the air conditioning issue is fixed.

Room needs renovation/update

Hotel had a nice lobby and exterior; however, the bedroom's walls had black stains. They might be mold. Renovation/update shall fix this issue.

Not responsive at all on Expedia. There was no shuttle from the airport option (one of our questions that were never answered by the hotel) and the local neighborhood shuttle didn’t run frequently enough for use. Even though we checked in pretty late, at about 2 AM, the housekeeping wasn’t done as there was no hand soap in the room and we found a stack of hair from previous occupants in the bathroom. However, the private onsen in the room was great and the location was ideal for exploring the Beitou area.

室内に温泉がある

地下1階の窓無しの部屋でしたが、室内に温泉があり。適当な広さもあり、衛生面も大きな問題なし。部屋に椅子が欲しかった。 スタッフも英語を話し対応も良い。 宿の周囲にお店がないので駅近辺で食事、買い物を済ませると良い。朝食用に持ち帰り用のハンバーガー等を注文する事ができた。

房間舒適程度有待改進

房間位在一樓，實際上是Lobby層下面二層樓，無對外窗且廁所有濃濃的煙味。浴室溫泉水出來的完全是冷水，無法泡湯。房間內許多地方都生鏽或角落積灰塵，隔音也很糟糕，一直聽見樓上沖馬桶和淋浴的水聲，不建議此住宿地點。

椅子は欲しいです…あとは文句なし^^

個室で温泉が楽しめるので、大浴場で他の人がいるのを嫌う自分自身としては大変ありがたかったです。いつでも好きな時に自室で温泉が楽しめる自由さは本当に良いですね。新北投駅からは歩いて15分くらい？速足の人なら10分強？という距離をどう感じるかは個人によるかと。唯一の要望ですが、宿泊した部屋に椅子が1脚も無かったので、同宿者がベッドで眠っている間の居場所が無い点だけ何とかしていただけると良いですね。
