“Der schlimmste Aufenthalt in einem Hotel! In meinem Zimmer roch es nach Abfluss und ich fand im Bett Insekten! Ich habe den Aufenthalt abgebrochen und warte seitdem auf eine Rückmeldung vom Hotel zur Klärung. Bisher erhielt ich keine Antwort!”

“Das Zimmer war ok, der Fehrnseher ist nicht gegangen , das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, es gab kein Frühstück ( Koch krank), das Hotel lag 3 Meter neben einer starkbefahrener Bahnschine ( konnte Mann beim Buchen nicht erkennen) also alles im ganzen schlechteste Hotel das ich je gebucht habe.”

“Convenient to get to Merode. Unfortunately we stayed the night there was a large group also staying and there was a lot of noise. We were also mostly unable to use the kitchen because the group that was staying kind of took it over. Parking and access was a bit tricky, as another guest had parked in two spots, so we had to find a place a few blocks away. The keypad for the door was a bit sensitive. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable.”

“A genuine shock - I managed to find this room available during a very busy time in Cologne (Gamescom). It was very well located and well-priced. Staff were attentive and helpful, room was quiet and clean, with aircon and amenities. A very comfortable stay.”

“Calidad precio no está mal, cerca de Phantasialand pero es antiguo aunque las camas eran cómodas, lo peor la ducha, tan poca presión que casi no salía agia”
