Room was clean, staff was helpful and kind.

Check in took a bit of extra time, but was quick enough. Staff was overly helpful. They have a private parking lot that you can park in for the day at $10 or overnight stay for $20. Had to pay for 7 nights of overnight parking, but could come and go as i pleased, and they lock up the lot for security at Midnight. The room was big, with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and drinks or snacks you can buy. 2 bottles of water were complimentary each day. The beds were plenty big, with a large window that could be opened to the street. This hotel also had some of the fastest WiFi i’ve ever seen, which was great for all the work we had to do. A great hotel in Downtown San Jose. Close to so many restaurants that were walkable.

No microwave oven. There is a refrigerator even though one is not mentioned in ads. Clean room food was great in restaurant. Staff was excellent.got a good price from Expedia. Shower is great except door does not cover last 3 feet of shower so it will flood if your tall and like long showers. Someone was smoking nearby and our bathroom fan was broken so. Staff fixed it and it help a lot. Parking was great.
