“This was like an apartment style stay, but a much more cooler experience. The suites are very nicely designed, spacious, and comfortable. The entire staff was very friendly, attentive & accommodating with round the clock reception customer service. It’s also at a walkable distance from the beach & cute shops. We will definitely stay here again when we plan a trip to Bali!”

“Absolutely disgusting place. Unhygienic and unsafe for a child/ any family. It instantly smelt of rats and it was clear the apartment had not been cleaned. Multiple dead animals were found, including cockroaches in the shower. The utensil cupboard, which smelt horrendous, was clear that rats were living in there as multiple rat droppings would appear daily. The people were nice but I believe it was unnecessary that 3 adults (2 men and 1 women) show up, on my first night, at the door at 11pm. I...
