Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Bali and we visit multiple times a year. Staff are amazing! However big the rooms look, triple it, they’re massive! Water slide and kids area were a bonus. Location was reasonable with busses and drivers on site that are just as cheap as Gojek. 10/10

We had a great 9 night stay at the Prime Plaza Suites with our 12 year old son. Our 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and kept spotlessly clean by housekeeping. The pool and other facilities (table tennis, pool tables, fusball, water slide, etc). are fantastic for kids, while the 12pm - 8pm happy hour is great for parents! The restaurant food and breakfast buffet are also quite good. It can be a little noisy with kids in the pool before 8am but that's not unexpected at a family resort.
