Having to pay small additional fees each time I use the washer or dryer can be a little irritating. In the future, when setting the room prices, it would be better to include laundry and washing in the overall room...

“Location is ideal for walking to Lumbini. Staff were very helpful, arranging transportation and bringing amenities I requested. The staff woke me up in the morning to chide me for not coming to breakfast on time, which I found odd. There was also a very loud family that hung out in the hallway outside my door for hours in the middle of the night and kept trying to open my thankfully locked door. I asked staff to intervene but nothing happened.”

“booked the hotel from the United States, but due to special circumstances my person (guest) could not come, so my money was wasted. There is no fault of the hotel management this happened because of my own person’s busy schedule, which is why I could not be present.”

“Good spacious rooms and clean interiors. Tasty & delicious food. And quick room service.”

“Hotel looks good and that's the only plus point and the reason we booked at.”
