“The hotel facilities are good. Bed is comfy, breakfast is nice. However I was attending a conference and had a parcel delivered 3 days in advance which was received by a staff member. When asking for it, they never found it. I was chasing the staff as i had to basically tell her how to proceed (contact the employee who signed up for the package and track it down, simple!). “As expected for the price and convenience. bed comfortable, though i id take my own pillow. most hotel pillows too soft. was what i needed for a business stay, with food hall near by.”

Las habitaciones están muy bien, a 25 minutos andando del centro de la ciudad, y a 15 minutos andando de la Universidad de Leicester, justo al lado se encuentra el Blues bar and grill, con unas hamburguesas muy buenas y una execelente atención, también disponen de más platos, carnes, hot dogs, etc.”
