Ban Phaeo Vacations

The Pool was an amazing spot on top of the roof the buffet downstairs in the morning was always solid food! All times ranging from everyday breakfeast to different type of Thai food and the hotel in general had many awesome things to highlight about it ETC

Stayed here for 4 nights- two couples in two kitchenette suites. Location is great- close to a lot of shopping and trains. Staff were friendly. Pool was nice. Plumbing was unacceptable- kitchenette faucet barely worked and bath faucet was not useful for much other than brushing teeth. Shower was ok but old step-in tub style. The A/C did not work well when we arrived, however they did get that working on day 2. We would probably not stay there again unless it was all we could afford.

Service was okay. Place was clean. I would recommend booking excursions and taxi outside the hotel.

What can I say about this property. It’s is a proper hotel establishment with very very nice amenities and the staff is top notch. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very cozy with great linens. The shower and bathroom had everything you could want including a rain shower. Even as I left, the staff mentioned I had a 500 baht credit to use and chased me down to spend it at their coffee and pastry shop. Location is great with the BTS tram right outside. There’s some great bars and night life all around the hotel. Sportsman bar down the street has very nice pool tables and big screen TV’s for viewing. I would give this facility more stars if I could.
