Good thing: Near hospital, acceptable noises from the ambulances, no ghost encounter yet, close to mini market (1 minimarket and 7 eleven near the property). Bad thing: Very noisy from construction nearby if you are a patient after brain surgery expect a complications or panic attack), no coffe or tea making inside the room.

Its very close to the hospital where I would do my surgery. There is small convenient shop next to the hospital. Food is issue here as there is only one small restaurant on the apartment facilities although we can get to order however very difficult to read the thai menu as its not english translated and also they are close at 7pm so if you starving at nite you need to order grab food.

A budget hotel that needs maintenance

I had an ok experience but not very impressed. There was noise from the nearby construction during my stay and felt annoyed with the smell of cigarette and air conditioner that breaks down from time to time. However, the maids, the security guard, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful to me. And I enjoy the food from the restaurant downstairs. The price here is really cheap so I don't want to complain, but I must say that there are better apartments at the same price out there, so I hope they make some improvement to the place.
