“They gaves us 2 rooms, in 1 room the floor was incline and was very extrange , we ask but they tolds it was like this. Room was 212, and the other room the TV did not function. Restaurant was awesome ”

La cisterna funcionaba mal y la mampara vieja y mohosa. Esta mal de pintura y mantenimiento general. El desayuno no es tipo buffet es servicio En mesa y bueno está bien pero nada que remarcar En general un hotel aceptable pero ciertamente no para 4 estrellas y al Precio que yo pague me parece abusivo. ”

“We arrived very late into Kinsale after official check in hours (and apparently there is no personal guest check in anyway), and were given instructions on how to check in and where to park and the staff were very responsive via the Expedia app. However, the hotel is not well marked at all - there’s a tiny sign outside the property which looks more like an office building (white smooth exterior, modern looking windows) and it’s on a busy road with no place to pull up or double park to unload...
