Nice hotel just out of city center. It use to be an old hospital and has much charm. The patio was open for dinner and drinks. The staff were very accommodating when we needed to request a room nearer the elevator. Breakfast included cook to order options and was very delicious. Recommend requesting a room near elevator if its required as not all rooms are accessible without stairs or some steps involved.

Our room was very quiet and spacious despite having the windows open all night . It was a beautiful room with beautiful bathroom and shower. The free parking is added bonus and the staff was very friendly. I will come back on my next visit Cork .

Good location in Cork and the hotel was nice. We were there during a heatwave and it was uncomfortably hot in the rooms (we asked if they had any fans available but they ran out). Service at the restaurant/bar could be improved. Service was very slow and they were out of multiple items (this happened multiple times at different meals) and it seemed like they were understaffed.
