“Beds were comfy. Staff were friendly.
The hotel is noisy.
You have to pay for parking by the day and each time you use the pool or gym.”

“All my needs were met, plus, there was a fridge with proper milk in it for me. Also some breakfast foods and yoghurt, cereal, fruit and all hot drinks with a kettle. I had everthing I needed and had two very good night's sleep.
I met the cleaner in the morning and she was extremely friendly and made sure I had my supplies replenished there and then.”

“The whole experience was a nightmare from start to finish the pool was closed , the room we were given stank of stale cigarettes , and then to top it all off we had a helicopter flying around all night keeping us awake until the early hours , We couldn’t wait to leave we got up and left straight away it was a horrible experience and one we wouldn’t want to repeat.”
