“The room in general and the bedding was clean and neat. The shower wasn't good though (paint peeling and black grout showing in places). Really needs some work in the shower.”

“It was an okay stay overall, but two things made the experience a bit disappointing. Firstly, the shower area did not appear to have been fully cleaned. There were clumps of hair still in the shower and on the wall. There also appeared to be possible mould where the shower doors slide on the inside. Secondly, although the pillows had clean pillowcases, one of the pillows had a visible stain underneath. It looked like it may have been old blood or ink, although that is only based on...
