Long wait for dining and room service. Manager delivered my breakfast personally because I was having problems. Noisy over my room because of music at night. Locks on doors are difficult to use
Food in dining room was very good, despite the wait and wait staff. Not enough servers for inside and out. Spa treatments were terrific. Manager at desk gave me a courtesy for some of the issues I had. I can’t remember his name but he sits at a computer near the check-in. Days I believe
I have been there before and will come again. Beach is sensational.

The air conditioning in the room made an awful noise all night long. We lost sleep due to this. The bathroom was dirty outside of shower. Ice machine didn't work the first 3/4 days.
