Vacations Close To John Prince Park

I travel a lot and almost every stay has something that needs to be dealt with. But it’s all about how the hotel deals with these requests. I’m very impressed with this group and their staff on the communication. 5 stars deserved! And their cafe & mini mart is outstanding. I’ve never seen a better collection of quality products and a great wok environment. Amazing location too.

very nice property with very attentive staff

Long wait for dining and room service. Manager delivered my breakfast personally because I was having problems. Noisy over my room because of music at night. Locks on doors are difficult to use Food in dining room was very good, despite the wait and wait staff. Not enough servers for inside and out. Spa treatments were terrific. Manager at desk gave me a courtesy for some of the issues I had. I can’t remember his name but he sits at a computer near the check-in. Days I believe I have been there before and will come again. Beach is sensational.

Todo muy lindo

From the moment we pulled up, from the valet attendant to the front desk check in with Ray was wonderful. We were needing a place last minute due to plumbing issue at our condo in North Palm leaving us upset and distraught. The resort was beautiful, welcoming and relaxing. Thank you Ray for being so kind and helpful during our stay. We will highly recommend for others visiting the Palm Beach area. Singer is a gem.
