“Im Canadian and this was my first time in astana. The cab ride to here at night was beautiful, I checked in around 2 am, and there was security and the check in was fast and simple, i slept like a baby, it was very quiet, clean, and very comfortable. For the price, I have zero complaints and am very happy. Id stay here again, I dont mind that its a bit old, it has character and there is lots of cheap food walking distance. ”

“Staff although speaking very limited English, were extremely nice and as helpful as they could be. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. I actually stayed here for a total of 13 nights. Good location with lots of local amenities, there is even a bus stop right outside the hotel. If I were to return to Astana then I would definitely stay here again. ”

“El hotel estaba bien, nos toco una pieza grande, las camas comodas, buen aire aconficionado especial para esta fecha en que hace mucho calor. La ducha no me gusto mucho porque el agua se estancaba, el resto bien. El hotel incluia desayuno buffet y cena. La recepcion la encontre muy oscura creo que le falta luminosidad. El personal del hotel amable. Un poco alejado de los lugares de interes pero como los taxis son baratos no fue tanto problema”

“Hotel mediocre,lejos del centrp pero con un personal de recepción muy bueno pero intentaban sacar dinero al cliente en cada cosa. Por 1h de early check-in cobraron la mitad de una noche sin avisar!”
