“If this review site allowed me to rate it TERRIBLE, I would. Our experience was shocking. After circling the huge block several times to find somewhere to park the car (there is only one spot available for a quick drop off, nothing available for when you arrive) we were told there was only street or train station parking available! All a huge walk away (with luggage and nobody would dare leave their car at Penrith Station overnight!) I had to quickly jump out of the car on a pedestrian...

“Worst hotel Ever!! For 250 Usd you would expect a pretty decent hotel! This was far from it. Doesnt even have a restaurant!! The staff was very unwilling to help out on anything. I have never complained about hotels, but for the Price i paid and being a mercure which is not bad honestly i expected a lot more and our stay was super poor. Glad we only stayed one night”

“Property was secure.. But staff had the door locked on arrival to get the room key.. The room was very very run down and old.. How ever it was clean and the bed was big an resonably comfortable.. I would expect this place to be in a country town not on the out skirts of Sydney”

“Honestly it was a pleasure to stay at the Holiday Inn at St Marys, From the moment we arrived till check out the staff were very helpful in any way asked of them. The room was well furnished & maintained. Reception & surrounds were always well staffed, courteous, clean and tidy. “Comfy beds, and wonderful laundry facilities. A wide range of TV programmes on Foxtel, for whatever mood you’re in. My only problem was no yoghurt at breakfast time- otherwise the perfect stay.”

“I had a lovely time at Wallacia hotel, staff were all lovely, bed was super comfortable, room was clean. Flooring not the greatest (old), but overall a nice stay.”

“En la habitación no llegaba el wifi . Protestamos y tras mucho insistir nos dieron una con wifi y con calefacción estropeada. Pusimos todas las maneras y pasamos frío. El personal desagradable y poco profesional. El motel muy difícil de encontrar y nada recomendable. We had no internet connection in our romo. After much discussion we GOT a room with wifi, but the heating system was broken. After a very very cold night, we swore never to go back”
