Staff were great. Continental breakfast (incl. pancakes, cut fruit, yoghurt etc) was nice. Bathroom was very spacious and I enjoyed the aroma of the shampoo/conditioner/body wash. The room itself was spacious also, and a generous king bed. The courtyard was pleasant and gives it a tranquil feel.

I was greeted warmly at reception, the check in process was smooth and quick. Our room was ready an hour early and it smelt lovely and was very clean. Bed comfortable. The mattress was so old and tired, the springs were poking through and also it was permanently sinking where people lay on it. It was so bad, I had to trying sleep on the floor. It was also not clean. We could not stay there the second night. However, they did refund us the 2nd night. The cups and glasses were dirty and required cleaning prior to drinking out of them. Staff were pleasant.

The room was spotless & the staff were courteous & helpful. The continental breakfast was nice. Can’t fault our stay. However the supplied ice bucket didn’t fit in the fridge so the ice did melt quickly which isn’t ideal.
