“Great hotel ”

“We really enjoyed our short stay in Richmond. However, the hotel staff told us that we could get breakfast until 10am, and that it was to be included in our stay, but when we came down at about 9:15 we were told it ended at 9 on weekdays. The person with whom we spoke was not very understanding about the fact that we had been told 10am the night before. We then had to buy our breakfast and they were out of the first 2 things we asked for, a breakfast sandwich and a burrito. The staff was nice...

“Undergoing renovation, but a delightful stay nonetheless. Great location, charming lobby, welcoming staff, modern room. We got back late from the hospital after our daughter’s surgery, and the staff in the dining room made room for us even though they were closed for a private function earlier in the evening. So grateful!”

“El concepto es buenísimo. Como si fuera un dorm de una universidad. En el lobby tienen una cafetería, mesa de billar, de video juegos, juegos de mesa, sofá frente a la chimenea. Y el cuarto era una suite de una recámara con una litera y sofá cama en la sala y una cama king size en la recámara. Dos baños, todo decorado con el concepto universitario. Muy recomendable y cerca de todo.”

“A modern construction, room large enough and clean. Lee at the front office was very helpful when we had a blackout in the room caused by a defect alarm clock and had to change rooms. Very accommodating. The outsourced restaurant makes f&b too expensive in the morning. In the room, the only thing we missed was a night light.”

“We had a very comfortable night there and the service staff were excellent!”

“My only comment would be that the room has very little space to put the clothing (no drawers)”

“It didn’t smell like garbage. It totally didn’t feel gross just standing in the bathroom. I most certainly did not almost gag when I first walked in. I didn’t get drunk in the parking lot with my friends either. I did bring a sleeping bag. ”
