“It was my first time using the booking app and I thought it was simple. However the night (8th) I needed the room wasn't available but it automatically went to the next night (9th). I drove to the location and was told that it was book on the next day and immediately tried to canceled it on that night but I wasn't able to. I did see the place and it was beautiful -right on the beach. I marked it for future use. Is it possible to get my refund back though?”
