Beautiful view and nice room. About what you’d expect. Bed was comfortable. Came down for a convention and the hotel was more than accommodating with my early arrival. The concierge was incredibly helpful and delight.

Building is being remodeled. Was gaps in caulk around tub. Sink had a faucet that did not reach out far enough to allow you to wash hands. Kitchenette was excellent and the beach view was wonderful. Could walk to many shops, beach and restaurants close by.
