The property was clean and well maintained and had very helpful, friendly staff. It did seem to have an influx of beach goers using the bathroom in the hallway and that area smelled like cigarettes, but that was one small area. The room was really unique with a great reading loft and view, definitely original. Walls seemed to be quite thin and i could hear everything all night, so not the best nights rest. We enjoyed the pool and coffee bar as well as the access to Mo's and the promenade. Overall for our needs 4/5. Would stay here again.

Wonderful place to view the 4th of July fireworks. The staff was amazing and so helpful. I had two room requests/ issues during my stay and it was addressed so quickly and kindly. The pool is great for the kids with a nice view of the ocean. The hot tub was closed during our stay, but it wasn’t a deal breaker for our stay- they notified me ahead of time that it wasn’t in operation which I found considerate and professional.

the building is being remodled , room was clean , but no AC , just a box fan , was not a ocean side room , staff was really friendly , there maintance person spot on ,friendly and was proud even though a lot of work is ahead of this hotel . look forward to try again next year on the remodel work as pictures show a more updated building , guess the older owners did nothing to keep up on building issues or remodel in down seasons . would be a guest now or even in the future .
