Not good. Staff were rude, but they were rude with a smile (they seriously seemed to enjoy being rude. They smiled the whole time they insulted me). Avoid this hotel.

My kids and I had a great stay! Friendly staff, well stocked breakfast, close to delicious restaurant, beautiful view of the beach and the pool area was great. Highly recommend this hotel!

My a/c went out on the last night. I called twice to have them send an engineer to repair. No one came. It was 80 degrees so I had the overhead fan on overnight. When I checked out the next day, I complained to them about the hot humid room and lack of follow up about repairing it, but the front desk just said “sorry” and handed me my receipt. There was also a lot of noise from next door and room above: voices and running footsteps.

The staff was very helpful and friendly especially Gaith, who went above and beyond to help us out with extra towels and room items. The room was well maintained. The property is beautiful. The restaurants on the resort are overpriced for the quality of food. You can eat at a very nice restaurant outside of the resort for much better quality and better price in my opinion, the spa prices are also very high. They wanted 200$ per person for a 1 hr body massage, we went off the property get a 90 minute massage for 95$ per person. Over all the property is nice but, if you want to get food and a spa experience I'd recommend going off the property to get more for your money.
