“The hotel facilities are good. Bed is comfy, breakfast is nice. However I was attending a conference and had a parcel delivered 3 days in advance which was received by a staff member. When asking for it, they never found it. I was chasing the staff as i had to basically tell her how to proceed (contact the employee who signed up for the package and track it down, simple!). “I had a really lovely stay at Victoria Park Lodge; my room was very clean and had all the conveniences you would expect in a hotel such as shower gel, soap, tea, coffee, comfortable bed etc. The staff were really friendly, helpful and efficient, nothing was too much trouble! The food for breakfast was delicious. The hotel is within ten minutes walk of Leamington town centre so it's very convenient and it was easy to park at the hotel. I would highly recommend this lovely, friendly hotel!!”

“Spacious and clean rooms. Handing over rooms upon arrival could be more efficient, taking into account that if a client arrives early, it is usually because they have been traveling very early. Good breakfast although the replenishment when a product was finished”

“Welcoming staff, personal service from a relatively small hotel. Room was great, hotel also had a complementary taxi sercice to and from events centre on site, which was very welcome as the weather wasn't the best. Breakfast was served quickly by attentive staff. Will definitely be stopping again.”
