“10/10 service cant say enough about the staff aa a whole- from housekeeping to room service to concierge. Have stayed at many hotels in India (some much more expensive) and Novotel tops them all by far. Property conditions are excellent, wifi is great, food, everything is very well done here. “Estuvimos varios días en el hotel y nos sentimos como en casa. La habitación es muy amplia y cómoda, además de perfectamente silenciosa a pesar de estar en una zona con mucho tráfico. El personal es súper amable y siempre estuvieron disponibles para ayudarnos ante cualquier consulta o solicitud, la comida de desayuno variada y abundante. Volvería de todas maneras.”
