Have stayed at many hotels in India (some much more expensive) and Novotel tops them all by far. Property conditions are excellent, wifi is great, food, everything is very well done here. Congratulations to the team.”

“Estuvimos varios días en el hotel y nos sentimos como en casa. La habitación es muy amplia y cómoda, además de perfectamente silenciosa a pesar de estar en una zona con mucho tráfico. El personal es súper amable y siempre estuvieron disponibles para ayudarnos ante cualquier consulta o solicitud, la comida de desayuno variada y abundante. Volvería de todas maneras.”

“The staff is helpful, but the bedsheet, blanket and pillowcases are not clean they were not changed after last use. Mattress was bit firm but ok for sleep. AC, fan and TV were working. Phone has got lot of dust on it. Bathroom and toilet were ok, hot water provided, towel again is not clean. No name board outside, and is upstairs, so difficult to find it if you come in the night. Never buy or order food from the ( Azwan ? )restaurant menu card in the room, the food was horrible, I personally...

“No acabo de entender que te quieran hacer pagar al inicio de la estancia, y que tengas que abonar cada comida o cena en el acto. Eso no tiene sentido en un hotel de estas características. Estamos en 2024”
