My husband and I spent two nights at The Leela Mumbai after flying from Canada before carrying on to Kerala. Overall, it was exactly what we needed for jet lag recovery, a very peaceful property in the midst of Mumbai chaos, complete breakfast buffet, and close access to not just the airport but also the metro to explore on further across the city. The building is old and the cleanliness of our room was a concern, but all staff were very kind, hospitable, and receptive to housekeeping feedback.

We had a wonderful stay at The Leela Mumbai. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and the staff were exceptionally warm, attentive, and customer-friendly. We were also delighted to receive an upgrade to a pool-view room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was a highlight—the Sous Chef, Mr. Vishwajit Chavan, and the restaurant manager personally came over to greet us, and the chef kindly prepared a few special dishes for us, including delicious moong daal halwa. That personal touch made the experience especially memorable. Excellent hospitality throughout, and we would happily stay here again.

Amazing property, very convenient to the airport. Amazing grounds, pool and workout facilities. The staff is super friendly! The only slight drawback is the view from the higher rooms of the slums. But that’s really the only vey slight drawback.

The worst hotel experience in India. The staff were uninterested and were just unhelpful. The food in the Chinese restaurant was sub par - such a pity because at one time it used to be really good. If you need to stay near the airport, I would suggest looking at other places.

Excellent hotel a few minutes drive to the airport. Good security. Staff were very good but some, especially some porters and restaurant staff were constantly hovering waiting for a tip, which was annoying. Buffet was fine. Pool was well maintained.
