Vacations Close To Anchor in Memory of All Seamen

Room was clean and everyone was pleasant. The bed kilt my back though!! Great Location To the strip

What was unique, was that you needed your key card in the slot by the door to turn on the lights and the t.v. The buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner were excellent. The other restaurants on site should give you more options to choose from. The prices in the tradewind store are a bit outrageous, for snacks ($10 for bag of lays potato chips).

Had a great one week stay at the Barcelo. Clean rooms, pleasant staff for the most part. The location can’t be beat. Right on Palm beach and across from a vibrant shop and food area. The food at the resort was okay, do not expect gourmet offerings and you will not be disappointed. Will be back.

Pros: Friendly staff, delicious food, nice gym, nice property overall Cons: Limited food options, only breakfast has a buffet option, cleanliness of room, pool bar closes too early

We came for our honeymoon during the off season! The staff at the front desk and restaurants were amazing! Shout out to Mario from windows restaurant, he made our honeymoon dinner absolutely amazing! We also had a lovely experience with a woman from the concierge desk (so sorry I can’t remember her name). The pools and property are lovely and the beach walk is phenomenal. Beach view is amazing! Absolutely stunning! It’s nice to have access to multiple resorts (depending on the package you get I believe). The staff went above and beyond to make our honeymoon experience unforgettable. We recommend this resort to anyone and everyone! :)

If you are looking for a hotel outside of the busier high rise area, Ocean Z is THE place to vacation ! I was so impressed with the cleanliness , comfy bed, decor, room amenities and the friendliest and most attentive staff. Arashi beach is less than a 5 minute car ride away and the hotel staff will take and pick you up whenever you choose. You are given, beach towels, beach chairs (and a float if you ask). I did rent a car for three days to explore the island and go to Baby and Eagle beaches but otherwise stayed close to the hotel and ate dinner there at the phenomenal restaurant. The complimentary breakfast was cooked to order and delicious. The food presentation was always something you’d see in a Bon Appetite magazine. Shout out to Maria, Xiomara, Sophie, Felicio and Bonnie for making my stay very memorable. I will definitely be back and recommend Ocean Z to friends and family!
