Great Resort. The rooms were and hotel was clean. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The food was exquisite and the bars were always stocked. I had an amazing time!

Excellent facilities and I especially loved that every staff member went above and beyond to assist us have a great stay. I've stayed at All-inclusive places in Mexico, Turkey, Dubai and expensive resorts in Hawaii before this trip to Aruba, and I have to say that I have never experienced this level of hospitality. For example, as we were getting a cab to the old portion of the Island, the doorman guided us about the exact cost we could expect from the cab and suggested we take a bus instead. Similarly the reception staff proactively gave us bands that allowed us extra meals while waiting for our flights after checking out. I can strongly recommend.

The gym was lacking

I was originally placed in a room I didn't book. A lower tier. They immediately rectified the situation and gave me a complimentary upgrade. All staff was super helpful throughout our stay. Loved that they provided floats as well. I will return.

Have been to Aruba over 15 times and I have to say this was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. Rooms were not clean and cleaning service did a quick cleanup every day. The mirror had fingerprints on it since I arrived and they were there until I left The water pressure is terrible and the 2nd bedroom looks like a prison cell with no windows . The shuttle service they claim comes every 30 min to take you to and from the beach came whenever it wanted we were on it a total of 2 times during our 1 week stay-It was never there when it was suppose to be there to pick you up . We rent our chairs privately in front of the Marriot so we didn’t have to deal with thier crowded section of the beach. The beach chairs are on top of eachother and they have people packed in like sardines . They a lot 1 beach towel per guest lol had to ask for more passes u front in order to get more towels Sorry to say this place didn’t meet my expectations
