“In a lovely location at the end of the small Maltezana harbour. Beach just a few hundred metres away for your morning swim (snorkelling around the ww2 wreck in the bay and blue harbour cove recomended). Very well equipped and comfortable studio and Katarina is an extremely welcoming and lovely host. Taverna 20 yards away is good and others nearby, bakery and minimarket in the village. Bus service connects easily to Chora and Livadi and Astybus is super-convenient. Lovely island.”

“The owner treated us very poorly. As soon as we arrived, he wanted to send us to another hotel because he said there was a problem (he'd given the room to someone else who was already settled in), even though I'd already paid for it in advance. The day we were leaving, he showed up screaming like a madman, saying we had to leave urgently. The hotel, the location, and the views are excellent, but the owner's mistreatment is unacceptable. The staff was extremely friendly and helped us with booking of activities and arranged for a rental car to be delivered at the hotel. The breakfast was amazing with local delicacies. An excellent experience, I wish we could stay longer. ”
