The staff was super helpful and friendly. Aloha’s every time we walked in or when we were leaving for a night out. The TV and AC in our room were not working but we had such a great time on the island that we honestly didn’t care much. Great location!! Great views of Waikiki and the ocean from our balcony. I highly recommend!

It’s a fairly noisy hotel to stay in. Whenever a door gets closed, you know it.
At 1:00 am or 2:00 am, it’s pretty noticeable. That coupled with street noise
and garbage pickup at 6 am, there was only a small window of silence. Even
keeping the A/C on all night barely muffles all the sounds.
