“We showed up early (2 hrs) and the staff was still able to accommodate us and hold bags. We got lucky in this…wouldn’t recommend planning for it. This is a small hotel (possible four rooms) but a fantastic value and comfort. The staff member was very polite and spoke good English to help us enjoy our stay in Kofu. Thank you!”

“Check in was a little sketchy, I struggled to find the right door at first and keypad. And when I got into my room, I didn't realize the door would lock behind me when I left. I closed the door to go to the bathroom downstairs and luckily I had my phone on me with my code, but if I had locked my phone in my room without my code I would've been in a really bad spot since there is no receptionist or on-site staff.
