Excellent breakfast with so many choices. Nice onsen; maybe a little bit low temperature for me, but I am guessing many non-Japanese will like that.

自然の空気が気持ち良く、広いホテル。お子さんが多いけれど、ドリンクサービスやビュッフェも清潔、落ち着いて戴けました。 レストランが高級だったので、車で買い出し、部屋でご当地のお惣菜を楽しみました。 地下のお子様用アミューズメントパークは夢の国！孫ができたらまた滞在したいです。

全体的に良かったのですが、チェックイン時の案内が残念でした。 カードキーをもらうが部屋番号の記載もなく、階数のみの案内で、どう行けば良いのか説明もなかった。混んでいて対応に追われていたのは理解できますが理由にならないと思います。 初めて訪れるホテルでチェックインは、第一印象なので、しっかり教育して頂いた方が良いと思います。

G W中の平日に家族３人で利用しました。ビュッフェが好評のようで、初めて利用しました。連休中ということもあり、小さな子供連れ家族が多く、ビュッフェはとにかく騒がしい。外国人の団体も多く、静かに過ごすには程遠い環境でした。全体的にスタッフが足りてないのかな？オールインクルーシブをうたっているが、お風呂あがりの飲み物は全て切れていた。ウォーターサーバーさえ使えない。ラウンジサービスでは信玄餅を楽しみにしてたが、一度もお目にかかれず。小さい子どもが散らかしてて、片付けるスタッフもいなく、食べる気がしない。今後利用することはなさそう。

生後４ヶ月の乳児と行きました。 地下にある遊び場はとても良く子供が大きくなったら遊ばせたいなと思いました。 夕食は近くの焼き鳥屋さんに行ったので、朝食のみビュッフェを食べました。朝食は大満足です。 ただ、時間制限のあるドリンクはすぐに切れてしまいます。甘酒は20時から22時の提供でしたが20時半に行くとすでに空でした。浄水器の水もすぐになくなってしまいます。ただ、スタッフさんに声をかけると快く水の補充をしてくれました。
