Hotel staff were friendly and courteous. Our room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Hot spring was excellent, relaxing in outdoor one looking up at stars was fantastic. We also enjoyed the breakfast very much…so many choices of delicious food including desserts.

中学生・小学生高学年・幼稚園年中の子供を連れて宿泊しました。 ほぼ子供連れでした。三世代旅行も多かったです。 チェックインは13時に済ませ、いつもなら14時からの「杜の8」が13時から使用出来たので15時まで子供たちを遊ばせる事が出来ました。雨予報だったので他に遊ばせる所も無く助かりました。途中で中学生の娘は3階の漫画やボードゲームがある部屋に遊びに行ってました。 15時に部屋に入りすぐ温泉へ。この時は混んでいませんでしたが上がった頃から混み始めました。 17時から夕飯。席も多く料理も美味しく大満足でした。 18:30からまた地下の杜の8で幼稚園生の息子を遊ばせ(小学生と中学生は漫画読みに行ってました)20時には幼稚園生の息子は就寝しました。 21時からラウンジが開くと聞いてたのですが親の体力も限界で行けませんでした。 ほぼ部屋にはいません。 部屋に1枚バスタオルが無くてフロントに電話したら予約が「小学生のお子様は0歳で添い寝になっている」と言われました。 予約の確認をしたらちゃんと11歳になっていたのでハテナでした。 すぐにバスタオルは持って来て貰ったので問題は無かったのですが。 全体的に日本人の旅行者が多かったです。 次の日は温泉に入り7時から朝食を食べ、また子供たちは各々遊びました。 年齢差のある兄妹でも満足出来る施設だと思います。
