the room was ok but the shower was not working properly
The hotel is in a perfect spot to visit Acapulco as well if is intended to visit Acapulco diamante, the only downside is the age and conditions of the hotel in general, the price tag of the room worth the place but not because of the excelent hotel conditions although is not bad to spend some ...
El hotel está increíble, todo limpio, todos muy amables. Le falta un poco de atención a los meseros del buffet. Solo levantan los platos al final, no te atienden durante el desayuno.
clean facilities, exquisite food an unbeatable climate
I really liked the pools and the hotel itself. The personal were friendly. The rooms were ok nothing to be amazed and the bed were hard. But overall your stay was good.
Horrible rooms smell like mold ..staff is so rude, management was worse
I would not stay here ever again, there are so many more places to stay, try somewhere else. Its old, our trip was late november and the hotels was super packed in Covid era, and to make it worse they have like 20 beds in the pool for like 2000 guests, supposedly is not allowed to reserve but all ...
My overall all stay was a nice experience.
The property is already old and would need some updating. Service and food was good. Location is great next to beach and downtown.
The location is like a paradise, right in the middle of the mountain but next to the ocean, no need to go out anywhere, just spending all day at the hotel is a total experience. They have the pool, restaurant, the beach with activities (jet skies, boat trips, and more). The view is amazing, the people ...
I liked everything about it it’s gonna be the spot to go to on my trips to Acapulco from now on
I love everything about the place no bad comments, thanks
It’s a beautiful gem and very affordable place to stay
Only is was waiting for the elevators
called front desk to come fix toiled and they never came to the room. Hotel offers WiFi and it doesn’t have WiFi. Rooms are as shown on the pictures. Would not recommend to stay there.
Due pandemia, the hotel opens with limited rooms so the whole location is for a few guests
