“Had 2 rooms for a couple of nights. One was clean the other had areas that should have been cleaner. The team their were attentive took on feedback and were very quick to address the concerns. Overall it was a good experience. Didnt have a chance to try the restaurant. Next time.”

“This was an excellent place to stay. Close to the town centre, very clean and tidy. The off street parking was excellent. The owners were very helpful with amenities that were close and very friendly.”

“Warm comfortable bed and room on a cold Armidale night after a long drive. There was wonderful fire burning downstairs which radiated warmth throughout the guesthouse. A sunroom provided some lovely afternoon sun on arrival. Easy walk into town for an evening meal. Attention to the little details made this guesthouse a great experience.”
