“Las instalaciones son precisosas, Con muchísimo gusto y todo muy nuevo. Os recomiendo que Hery, el Guest Experience Manager, os ayude con las excursiones. Nos preparó varias que marcaron la diferencia. Geniales. Él es encantador. Lo único que recomendaría a Dirección es que no permitan a los clientes dar comida a algún gato que corre por las instalaciones. No a todos los clientes les resulta agradable que haya gatos merodeando por ahí y poniéndose a tus pies esperando que les des comida. Y si...

“The view, the pool, the service, free breakfast. All perfect for a relaxed getaway. The drive and location are a bit away from the city center, but that's not even a downside in my opinion. It keeps the noise of everything else out of your experience here. You have some music playing here and there but overall, you're just lounging and listening to the trees, the birds and the river far below. Stayed in the private pool room and only used it once though. I would say the infinity pool is enough...

“Overall we had a great stay. Really lovely room and the staff were very helpful. However, we were always being asked to submit online reviews which after a while became tiresome as it was basically after any staff interaction. A couple of other things to note was that there wasn’t usually anyone by the pool ‘bar’ area meaning it was difficult to order food / drinks, despite it being advertised, so it was easier to use the other Adiwana hotel’s pool across the road where this was much easier....
