We had a lovely stay with our family. The food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming nothing was ever too much trouble The only area that could use a little improvement is the bathroom, which would benefit from some updating. Other than that, it’s a lovely hotel in a very central location, close to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return

We had such a wonderful stay and truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. The entire team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind, and their hospitality made our time here especially memorable. He consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well cared for. His thoughtfulness and genuine warmth really stood out and added so much to our experience. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were good but could be cleaner as our garden facing balcony had some spiders webs. The amenities were excellent, we had a great experience at the spa on-site. The breakfast was delicious and they had many vegetarian options. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and looking forward to my next stay!

We stayed at Element Bali Ubud for four nights as a family with three children and had a wonderful experience. The property itself is beautifully maintained and conveniently located close to Ubud Market, making it easy to explore the area. Our rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff throughout the property were consistently warm, attentive, and proactive in ensuring our stay was enjoyable. A special mention to the restaurant team, who provided excellent service during our meals. We particularly appreciated the morning yoga sessions and the spa, both of which were relaxing and well-organized. The pool was also a highlight, especially for the kids, who thoroughly enjoyed their time there. Overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable stay, and we would happily recommend this property to families visiting Ubud.
